ostaragroups is an advisory consultancy based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We assist organisations with stakeholder mapping, partnership strategy and ongoing relationship advisory. Our services are of a business advisory nature and do not constitute legal, financial, regulatory or other licensed professional advice.

You may use this website for lawful purposes relating to your genuine interest in our services. You agree not to:

Fees for our services are agreed in writing prior to commencement of work. Unless otherwise stated in an engagement letter, invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, structure and source code — is the property of ostaragroups or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or adapt any material without prior written consent.

Deliverables produced as part of a client engagement are subject to the intellectual property terms set out in the relevant engagement letter.

6. Confidentiality

We understand that information shared with us during an engagement may be commercially sensitive. We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services, with your consent, or as required by law.

We ask that our methods, frameworks and working notes also be treated with discretion by clients.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our advisory services are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. We do not warrant that outcomes will meet any specific expectations. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant engagement in the preceding three months.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss of any kind, including loss of profit, business opportunity or data.
